How to Build New York ENERGY STAR^® Homes

Becoming a New York ENERGY STAR Homes Builder is one of the best steps you can take to grow your business. It is easy to become a Partner-Builder, just follow the steps below.

Step 1: Complete the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) online partnership agreement and complete the online ENERGY STAR Orientation Training.

Step 2: Read the New York ENERGY STAR Homes Partnership Agreement [PDF],  which outlines additional requirements to ensure the highest quality.

Step 3: Sign and mail in the Builder Signature Form [PDF].

Step 4: Start earning incentives.
