How to Participate

1. Complete the Partnership Agreement and provide seven (7) copies. Two (2) of the copies must have an original signature.
2. Compile submission requirement documentation identified in page A-1 of the Partnership Agreement and make seven copies for mailing.
3. Mail the the Partnership Agreements and submission requirement documentation to:

4. The applicant's submission requirement documentation must be approved by NYSERDA's technical evaluation panel, and complete NYSERDA's Multifamily Performance Program orientation on the program’s requirements, to become a qualified Partner of the program.
