How to Participate

1. Complete the Partnership Agreement and provide eight (8) copies to the address listed below. Two (2) of the copies must have original signatures.
2. Compile submission requirement document identified in page A-1 of the Partnership Agreement and make eight copies for mailing. Please attach the completed Submittal Checklist to these copies. Also, you are strongly encouraged to use the Case Study Template when compiling the necessary case studies.
3. Mail the Partnership Agreements and submission requirement documentation to:

4. The applicant must be approved by NYSERDA’s technical evaluation panel and must complete NYSERDA’s Multifamily Performance Program orientation on the program’s requirements to become a qualified Multifamily Performance Partner able to serve the Program.
