Every project in the Multifamily Performance Program is eligible to receive financial assistance through a schedule of Performance Incentives.

Working with Utility Programs

Projects are prohibitied from participating in both NYSERDA and utility programs
Utilities are restricted to working with buildings up to 75 units; NYSERDA can work in all buildings
